JoinServer, StartServer, ect.

I know this should be in the sugesstions sticky topic, but I thought this deserved its own topic. the concept of joining and hosting a server of some kind, allowing a exchange of messages, or even a multiplayer game, has had me and my friends thinking for a while. I know that for games, it would be a monstrosity to script, but in the end, it would be worth it.
however, this might well be impossible. I wouldnt know.

Re: JoinServer, StartServer, ect.

The Scratch Team was experimenting with something called Mesh a while ago... you can use it to 'connect' multiple Scratch projects together. That might do?  tongue  Well, all Mesh does is let multiple Scratch projects share broadcasts and variables, but that should be all you need...

You can read about Mesh here. Yeah, you do have to modify Scratch a tiny bit to use it ^^

I don't know why, but Broadcasts don't seem to work for me, only the Variable changes do, so I have to change a variable for it to work.

I'm back.
Maybe.
