Banning

*Sorry if this is the wrong forum*

We know that projects can be flagged, but for some users I could name that's not enough, so I'm wondering, can users actually be banned?

yes. The scratch team can remove the user name, and ban the IP adress from scratch. I beleave this had to be done a while back

This is done very often. More often that we wish we did.

it depends. If the scratch team decides it needs to be takin off immediatly, they can. otherwise they can wait until a few more people ban it
