Creators being able to close their topics
What do you think about being able to close topics you have created?
I don't see how it would hurt anyone. However, I don't think New Scratchers should be able to do this.

Yes, you can already delete topics by deleting the first post in the topic. The message shows as "If the first post in a topic is deleted, then the whole topic will be deleted or something like that."
