You see that button on the bottom of the page that says "Contact Us"?
Press it, and tell the Scratch Team to delete your account.

Yep, that's the way it's done. Just fill out the Contact us form, and give us the email and birth month/year that you used to create the account (so that we know it is really you) and that's it.
