Pokemon Draco Version
I made one of the best pokemon games on scratch ( or at least I think I did). Find it here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/colem/2047112 . Please view it, I really want it to get front paged. Right now, it's 16th ( or 15th, not sure which one) top viewed. I've been front paged before with a pokemon game that's 10x worse, and it has (right now) 277 love its. How very nice of you to PLAGERIZE, colem. You have absolutely ZERO right to be using those Pokemon Topaz sprites that you STOLE.

Are you the owner of the copyright on this material? If so, please contact the Scratch Team with a take-down request. If you are not the copyright owner, please do not make claims in the name of the copyright holder.
This site is an educational site - nobody is making money off of the projects that are shared on it. Use of copyrighted material is allowed for educational purposes (in some cases) by the doctrine of Fair Use. However, if work by other people is used in a project and placed on the Scratch website, by the Community Guidelines of the website, then credit *must* be given to the original creator.

I may not be the creator of the sprites, but this the second time sprites stolen from our project have been used on this site.
I could care less if I'm not the owner; I know them on Topaz. And money factors nowhere into my/our complaint.
Please, stop enabling Scratch users to steal. I've calmed down since one of our Global Mods started working things out with colem, but this problem with theft CANNOT continue. If you wish to discuss this further, talk to our involved GM (Cyndadile on Topaz).

Actually, it IS stealing, since we don't want our sprites used ANYwhere else. We at Topaz will be adding signs that sprites are not to be taken (I'm surprised it hadn't been done yet, but thieves really don't seem to care...)
Please, colem, remove the sprites. I didn't meant to offend you if I did, but I'm dead serious when I say that you're not allowed to use them. =|

You didn't have to take it down. We have Creative Commons, and colem would never get money for using those sprites. And he gave credit, so it's not stealing. He's probably just a fan of your work. You should be happy for knowing that your game is being appreciated.
Oh, and if it's because he didn't ask for permission, then I have a question: Did YOU guys ask for permission to use the word 'Pokemon' in your game? Have you contacted the owners of it?
