I don't know if Velveeta can be called "cheese", but I will say I hate it. I like all other kinds of cheese, though. I swear, if you left it in the garage for six years, it would come out looking out the same. The stuff's PLASTIC.

My favorite kinds are Jarlsbourg(spelling?) and sharp cheddar.

I love Mozzarella, Brie, Bleu Cheese, Feta, Parmesan, Havarti, Cheddar (Only if its white. And aged  smile  ) and many more.

Brie: Nice! A mellow taste as well as creamy!
Camembert: Slightly more bite to it... also great.
Cheddar: A good all rounder.
Blue: Maybe once in a while
Feta: Good ones are strong yet tasty.
Mozzarella: Nice when melted or on pizza
Colby: Lovely when microwaved on a slice of bread
Parmesan: Good grated on food or savoured in small pieces
Edam: Nice on bread, good texture
