What do you mean by "off"? Sometimes I get the notification of a message, but there is nothing there. I don't know if that is a glitch or if the person deleted their message before I got a chance to read it.
The project that doesn't download...does it have any special characters in the name like the "&" character? That can mess things up.

You know how it says like 2 minutes ago... mine would say 15 minutes ago...

Usually when you post a comment it says it was posted 8 minutes ago right away.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Yeah, it's weird. I added that to the bugs list a while back but I don't think it's very high on their priorities.
