Picture problems???

I have this picture that i want to be in scratch that has the .png file extension, with transparency. Whenever i try to import this into scratch, anything that was transparent changed to solid black. Sorru if this explanation isn't very good. Here, ill post some pics:

Before i put it into scratch:

...and after put into scratch

Is there any workaround to this? or does scratch just hate semi-transparent images?  big_smile

I don't think it's possible to do that. I don't know why not but it doesn't.  hmm

Yes. D:

I have a suggestion: transparency rounding.
0-49% transparency = 0; 50-100% = 100. Not perfect, but better.

Re: Picture problems???

instead of using transparency, make it different shades of gray (black -> white)

It’s funny, because that’s not how you spell “stupid”.

Good idea, but this would not do for what I want to accomplish. Thanks for the suggestion anyway  smile
