i think scratch team chose to server the static index.html for the time hurricane came and as soon as it went they put it to index.php back up :3 but were tooo lashy to remove it (XD)

No, because even if the forums were shut down again, it wouldn't work, because Scratch completely disconnect it from the server and the MySQL error comes up.

Intresting .. because that means Scratch is using punBB with the MYSQL on some other system ? as if they are on the same system they will just work altogether    index.html is getting sent by Apache i guess    and if they shut down MYSQL and not APache that would be quite ... idk what to say Lol
