On scratch it's "Popular" not "Famous" 
And you can just advertise on the forums without telling more about it.

Well, EVERYBODY wants to be popular! XD
But remember that fame comes with awesome projects. Work REALLY hard on a project, and maybe you'll get some views. Also, give yourself a good reputation. Be nice on projects, make new friends, help out, don't be mean. It'll help! And, if you think about it, 100 views is a lot of views. Even 20 views is plenty of people!
