huh..? no not all people go on there for dating ;-_- I just go on there becuase I think the animation is cool    I used to dress up my avatar *not in the revealing clothes* but I never went in any chatrooms unless I was talking to my brother who is in a place 6 hours away ;^^

It's still not for kids and it's still a site made for the purpose of dating.

Yes, everyone who doesn't use it for dating probably uses it for scamming.

It's not a very reputable site.
