You just download the music from itunes and import it into Scratch, for TV shows some people rip the sounds off of film files (like YouTube videos) and import it into Scratch. If you're looking for something specific, you could always try asking around in the Requests forum, or look around for a project on the site with the sound you need.
Just make sure the sounds you're importing are in a format that Scratch is able to read - something like MP3 or uncompressed WAV should work.

Well I tried importing MP3 files and never worked unles I put it through a converter.
