for all of those who still play 1.7.3 (i play 1.8.1 on another computer) i am working on a RPG server. map is almost done, pics will be up tomorrow.
For now these are the rules I will 100% use:

1. Wars between the villages are decided by voting
2. Wars end when a village surrenders.
3. All means are allowed to be used (tnt and fire)
4. The map will reload at the end of a war. Replenishing the villages
5. Villages can join the permanent map if they meet the following requirements.
    -population of 3 or more
    -atleast 5 buildings
    - must have a town hall
    - they have a defined currency
    - is voted to become a viage
