You have to be on for atleast a month and some helpful posts. I got Scratcher status in one month and 1 day with 40-50 posts

Well I wanted to link to the scratch suggestions page but it wouldn't let me. nor will it let me do so for my projects.

There isn't a set number of days or posts, etc. I believe the Scratch Team does it manually.

I know, but I think New Scratchers should be able to post clickable links to the Wiki, Suggestions, and Resources.

Yeah, it's just because they're all subdomains as opposed to subdirectories.
