WEBCAM SCRIPTS... again.

YES. I know this has already been posted about, and there's another topic about it I made back in the day here: [url=http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=26949[/url]. But now that Scratch 2.0 is coming up, I think we should renew the discussion. Webcam blocks, and the ability to have actual videos playing inside the project. Here are some ideas for individual blocks:

Overlay webcam on (sprites drop down list)
Overlay webcam fullscreen
Start/stop video
Take photo
Play video (drop down of all the project's videos) fullscreen
Play video (drop down of all the project's videos) over (sprites drop down list)
Create new sprite with webcam photo
Create new background with webcam photo
zoom webcam in
Zoom webcam out

An enclosing block (like forever and if) that would set scripts for sprites created from the webcam:

for new webcam sprite

Video probably isn't going to happen; it takes up too much space  hmm

cpu, i think it can be possible, since taking pictures with your webcam is the same thing as video, so all you need to do is make a block that takes a picture through the webcam and sets the backround to it.

I'm back.
Maybe.

Yeah. Knowing scratch, it'll probably be low-quality video though. How about generally increasing the graphics quality of Scratch?
