Why do New Scratchers always take this forum for Misc?
We know New Scratchers aren't allowed to post in Misc until they get promoted. Most of them understand this, and wait patiently. However, some don't and start posting Misc topics in other forums.
I visit regularly AAS, AT, SUG, TS and ANCM. It seems to me that most of these out-of-place misc topics are always posted in AT! Why?

Got messages for 2 scratchers: i know this is off-topic, but I'm trying to find LS97, and hoping he'll view this in the near future. Do you know when ModShare allow uploads? I wanna delete unnecessary files of my computer but can't delete my games till they've been uploaded. Sparks: same for the panther site (once its uploaded i can get rid of it and no more nagging or saying "what shall i do next?" and I can finally move on to other things and you don't have to keep looking in your msn folder to see if i've sent you a message.)

Mod Share shoudl allow uploads. What's wrong for you?

LS97: Well, i've tried with both the city and flight 3D to make sure it isn't just the one file, and I've noticed no one else has uploaded projects since my TaxiTime Tycoon game, and that was before the spam alert, so I'm pressuming no one can use it.

I see new scratchers more often take this forum for AAS. They can't seem to spot the difference between the advancedness of their's and other's topics.
