Probably someone really insperational like South Africa's old one, Nelson Mandela. He probably would've been chosen again, but he's liek 90 now.

Theodore Roosevelt, president from 1901-1908. Also on Mount Rushmore. He actually formed his own political party, the Bull Moose party, and ran for office again after those 2 terms, but wasn't elected.
