Medieval Quest-Dawn Of The Crystal

I would like to create a game based on Medieval Times which i find is very interesting.
The game would include battles(of course XD), Story Mode, Quick Game, and Extras.
I need...
-Programmers
-Editors
-Graphics
-Writers(Story Line)
If this works the way I(we) plan, it could be really good!
