Camstudio:
~ A lightweight screen recorder, with features which are useful!
GIMP:
~ The most used free photo - editing software, which includes a lot of jam-packed features!
Paint.net:
~ A lightweight alternative to GIMP, where you can install plugins to what you need!
I'm currently looking for a webcam recorder. Not a screen recorder, a webcam recorder.
