Here's an example:

Just specify:

Color as RGB like 0,255,0, color name like "red", or HEX like #00FF00 (RGB preferred);
Logo text:
Font:
Circle around it?
Something being crossed out (like a no parking sign)?
Anything else?

If you're curious how I made it, I wrote myself some JS to do it.
