Some things in Scratch bother me. The first thing: The bar above your project with the start and stop buttons.
I have a space-themed game. I show it to people who don't know about Scratch and they ask me, "Whats with the flag and the stop sign?" A flag and a stop sign on a grey menu bar doesn't fit my game. Especially in games where the stop button is pause. The grey bar, the start button, and stop button, should all be customizable.
Where do you customize them? Right next to the background are "Menubar", "Start", and "Stop". They can be left alone or edited.
For my space-themed game, I can make the menu bar look like a control panel, the start button a sprited enemy with the words "START MISSION", and the stop button a white flag with the words, "Surrender". See where I'm going with this?
Some games have an image follow your mouse. As a new customizable image, should be the mouse. It could change depending on what is happening, what you are touching, and what you click. Plus, the mouse can finally change to a hand when something can be clicked!
With these additions, many Scratch projects would be complete!

I aprove! Never thought of it before, but this could be real cool!

Nice thought! I don't see this as a priority, but it would be cool to have.

Yeah, I agree with everyone, it's not going to help any games with scripting like some blocks would, but it would be useful.

Scratch doesn't need to look professional because it's an educational tool made for 5-year-olds. Of course, everyone can play it though.

That might be pretty nice.
And Medic, it'd just be like flagging any other part of the project; just flag the project.
