In moderator elections....

Can a New Scratcher run as long as they've proven the ability to be a mod?

Well, you have to have been on for 6 months. If you've been on that long and haven't become a Scratcher yet, you can run, but I honestly doubt you'd get chosen as a candidate. If you're a Scratcher by that time, then yes.
