Re: Please give me some ideas..

go to addictinggames.com  and try to remake one of their games

Dear Scratch Users,
I'm done with scratch, or at least making projects. I have made one last big game, thats both fun and teaches a lesson about water. It'd mean a lot if you gave me feedback.                              http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/bosox397/569201

Just animate a bunch of sprites from your favorite game. Have you seen http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/big-bang/405834 ? It was not really hard work.

Re: Please give me some ideas..

Rather than go and try to emulate existing games (as Bosox said), try to recreate your own completely original one. Not only is recreating games (any variety, flash included) extremely difficult (usually), the quality it yields is usually less than a project created specifically for Scratch. Since Scratch is its own platform for developing you have to exempt many features of the parent application just to make it work. Take inspiration and ideas from other things, but don't try and duplicate them in whole.

With that said, try making something simple and adding a twist. Instead of just drawing on a blank white screen, make it a t-shirt, banana or anything you can think of (like my Swan Handuel game). Make a platform game that reverses gravity. Try making a bouncing ball that falls towards the mouse cursor. There are so many things you can do to something simple to make it so much different.
