Remove the asterisks. (*) Change "Title here" to whatever text you want the link to display as. Replace the underscores (_) with your URL to the project. 
Enter a plain URL without that code and it will appear as (link to project).
Edit: To get a URL, copy/cut the link in your address bar at the top of your browser.

you can also do this if you just wont the url [ url]url here[/url ] with out the spaces
