Scratchers at the Wheel
A Mario Kart Wii Tournament

About Scratchers at the Wheel
Scratchers at the Wheel will be a Scratchers-only Mario Kart Wii Tournament. The tournament will be separated into leagues, based on the player's self-confidence in their MKWii skills.
The Rules
1. Free choice of vehicles, characters, and controllers.
2. Glitching/hacking is not allowed.
3. Host will only re-open room if 3 or more people disconnect.
4. Tracks can be picked, but cannot be used twice. (-15)
5. No use of voice communication or teaming is permitted.
6. No teamwork is allowed.
7. No trolling. If someone starts trolling from race one, the host will restart the room and delete the troller. If trolling commences during a Grand Prix, the host will get the results of the race and then disconnect (preferably with the race positions/points).
8. Breaking any of the non-allowed rules results in a ban.

Question: What is trolling?
Answer: Trolling is basically where you target someone with items the entire race, instead of racing.
Question: What character and vehicle would you recommend?
Answer: I would recommend Funky Kong on the Flame Runner
Fire recommended Bowser on the Shooting Star
Question: Is the topic post done yet?
Answer: No, fire and I are going to be adding to it until the tournament starts.
Question: How do I join the tournament when it starts?
Answer: You must add your host for your room, then the host will add everyone in the room and on the friends tab, the host will click, 'host a room' then the others will go onto the friends tab, (there should be a purple smiley face) then follow the tabs with the smiley face on it until you get to the part where a mii (the hosts mii) says "I have an open room!" You will then join and the race (before when you join the room you can chat and add friends)

UPDATE
We need a host for the final room, I don't really feel like hosting that one If nobody joins it then we will close the room and open a new one or just have only 2 rooms.

If you would like to add the other Average Joes as well wait to the tournament and then there will be a box that says add friends when you join the room (I'll post how to join the rooms and stuff in a second.) So yeah.

I made that logo, and a specifically saved it as a .png file with very little compression. Tinypic might have done some compression, but that is out of my control.
(Oh, and I think that the logo looks good with so much white space. )
