Noooooo- it means you can't make mob traps because endermen will destroy it. It means that your new house might get ripped to shreds by endermen while you're gone from a server. Your adventure map might be ruined by some of the mobs spawning. It basically means that there's no reason to build a nice house because it'll probably get destroyed. At least with creepers, you can kind of control the destruction. Endermen take blocks while you're gone.

They should totally have another craftable mob, that is a voodoo doll, and all it does is stare at you. Even if you are behind it, it turns it's head to face you.
You can also put sticks in it, as if you were putting needles in it.
And when you hold it, it would look like a pixel doll, but when you put it down it would look like a 2-block tall stitched up white doll.
