A History of Minecraft

For fun, I'm writing a history book on Minecraft. It will include on how everything came to be in Minecraft, such as how the mighty Creepersaurous Rex turned out to be the average creeper. This is not the actual history of Minecraft (such as the version history and stuff) so if you were expecting that, leave this page right now  tongue

Here's the first page:

THE PREHISTORIC AGE

The prehistoric age was a time before the Minecrafters, a time of the mighty Creepersaurous Rex and the odd Chickendactyl.
Scientists estimate that the days back then were long and hot, and the nights were short and cool. Day was where the peaceful mobs came out to eat plants and such. Night was when the predators came out of their cave to hunt for their unfortunate prey.
There were Giant Mushrooms, which were about 20 blocks high. There were plenty of wild mushrooms. There were many species of ferns, such as Pygmy Ferns (1/2 block high) and Elephant Ferns (10 blocks high.) And every available space of dirt was covered with tall grass. There were plenty of willow trees, of which have not changed to this very day.
There were plenty of now extinct mobs back then, and a few species that are still alive today, not to mention some species that are the ancestors of the mobs we have now.
One of the mobs was the Pig Mammoth. The Pig Mammoth was a huge tusked furry beast that ate Elephant Ferns and the occasional mushroom. It was a common and tasty meal for any predator.
Chickendactyls are the ancestors of the chickens we have now. They were much larger than the average chicken. They had much bigger wings, too. They ate plants, such as Pygmy Ferns, and bugs, like Dragonslimes and silverfish.
Squid existed back then, only they had ore teeth and were much, much, much larger. They ate fish.
The Brontocowus was a large, armored, grass and fern eating cow. It had armor that was as hard as stone, but it seems to have disappeared off of cows in millions of years. Due to it’s shell, predators had a hard time eating it.
Silverfish were common back then, and haven’t changed to this very day.
The Dragonslime was a tiny slime with four wings. It darted around and ate plants.
The Saber-Toothed Spider was a graceful and agile enemy. They climbed around in the trees, looking for something to eat. When they saw a mob, they leaped from their tree, landed on the prey, and injected its large fangs into the poor morsel, killing it immediately.
Finally, the Creepersaurous Rex. Creepersaurous Rexes were the main predator of the prehistoric times, eating everything in their path. If they couldn’t eat something, they killed it instead. Every mob feared this dreadful monster. If it didn’t get it’s meal, which was rare, it would blow up and leave a huge crater behind it.
Overall, the prehistoric times of Minecraft was a terrible, dreadful, and horrible time to be alive.
