He could not deliver because with all the spam magically appearing, there was not enough time to deal with everyone.
This means:
DO NOT SPAM
Thou shall not steal, but help out his fellow partners:
He who helps is wise, he who steals is not to be appreciated.
This means:
Remix peoples projects and help them, but do not remix some-ones project and claim it is your own!
This project is currently incomplete. It is being updated!
