This most likely isn't a problem with the Scratch website, but a problem with your computer. Are you using a particularly old computer? Or do you have many programs running? If so, close some and see if it improves. Or what antivirus do you use? Some people complain that Norton slows down their computer.

I did and it didn't see anything. I'm using McAfee SecurityCenter.
