UpGrading scratch paint editor

i think scratch should upgrade the paint editor to..... with where if you click a button say.. "Take away pixels" and if you click it it takes away loose pixels.

Loose pixel could be a loose pixel in the middle of a circle, on the edge of a line, etc...
