Oh My God This Is Super Freaking Important! Virusseeesssss!

GUYS! YOU NEED TO BE WARNED!
IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ADBLOCK FOR CHROME OR FIREFOX, GET IT NOW!
THERE IS A VIRUS THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM YOUR SYSTEM, AND IT IS GOING THROUGH ADS!

SO, PLEASE, FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR COMPUTER, GET OFF INTERNET EXPLORER OR OPERA AND GET ADBLOCK FOR FIREFOX OR CHROME!



I had to clean install Windows on my brother's computer because he caught the thing!

Please do get Adblock!

Back in my day.... there were no laws that censored the internet... now, there are.... nah.

I recently had that happen to me. Luckily, I have never done anything that is only saved on the computer on it. And I have a laptop. It cost my dad like $450 to get some special disk that would not only clean my computer, but it would also prevent it ever from happening again (That's why it's so expensive). So i'm pretty much safe, except I saw something on the news recently about an upgraded version of the virus that some teens created, and though they found the creators, (And arrested them) the creators had given it to their friends, so watch out, because after a few years there will probably be unstoppable virus that not even disks designed after their creation can stop. In fact, we're lucky the internet had even made it to 2005!

IE is the most insecure browser in the current set of them.

Yes there are. Certain viruses stick to bits in your motherboard, and if you don't know how to use fdisk, you're bummed.

I have to agree with hmnwilson. All viruses can be removed in some way (other than a clean install). The problem most of the time is that once the virus is gone, the system may be seriously screwed from the damage the virus caused.

Still, I have Chrome with AdBlock and NotScripts (yes, it is NotScripts), so I am safe from this "unremovable" virus.  roll
