Hard (but fun) day of bike training

18/09 (Sunday)
Today I had a hard day of bike terrain training. Yes, terrains 2 miles from my house, Racing part of terrain on over side of my street... I trained nearly all day. But At least I was allowed sweets because my heart was probaly beating nearly to fast. Yeah, Cola Zero.

.P.S. See! train a tiny little bit harder than normal bike professionalalists And you'll get... SWEETS, SWEETS, SWEETS, COKE, COKE, COKE, CAKE, CAKE, CAKE!!!!

2 miles isn't that much when cycling. I could quite easily got 5 without stopping. Although it depends if it's up hill and stuff I suppose.

Re: Hard (but fun) day of bike training

2 miles isn't that amazing, I know someone who cycled from where I live to Bristol and back (which is about 50 miles in total).

I might return for a little while.

I noticed you've posted over 5 topics recently here, try to keep it lower like 3 a day.
