every project on scratch is an app

imagine if you make a project and when you upload it you make an app at the same time.then when someone find the app they will download it and rate it.and also the computer or laptop will send pictures of it and it will go to the appstore.  big_smile

WARNING(all the scratch projects in the app store will be free so the projects creators will not get any money and the projects will not be able to remix or download  sad  or will it  yikes )

scratch must make there own app store called the scratch store where you can download projects. my dad' Ipod have several app store's

WARNING(everyone does not have $99)

Also, scratch is not compatible with iOS... Good luck with getting this suggestion. It's a new one, however, it's based on all the old ones.

Re: every project on scratch is an app

This would actually be incredibly hard to implement, because Scratch isn't built to run on anything except a computer.

Also, Apple has to approve every app before they accept it into the app store. Given the rate of project uploads, I don't think Apple would like it that much, especially when 50% of uploaded projects are five-second animations made by newbies.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

And there was an app before, and Apple has policies against using programming languages other than its own. It went bye-bye.

Stupid, I know.
