Is it possible to run a PHP without putting it on a website? And also, why does my HTML form just display my whole PHP document when I press submit?

@2 The form says to submit it to the PHP file... so I have to have some HTML in the PHP?

You can download the PHP software, and select an action to run it only on your pc!
