How do I save the sprite I created?

How do I save the sprite I created? I want to make a new costume for a sprite I made and was wondering if it were possible to save my sprite so I could import it in the "paint new sprite" thingy. Is it possible? If so, how do I do it? Thanks!

Re: How do I save the sprite I created?

If you make a sprite in another program, just save the image, open the paint editor, press the Import button, and find the file. You can use the buttons on the left to start from somewhere.
You can also open the program, and drag the sprite into the scripts area. I hope that's what you meant in the question.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
