how do you make scrolles

i have been seeing all these scrolls. But i do not know how to make one. but however tells me how to gets 4 lovits and 4 favorites on your projects.
please tell me how to! i would love to make one!

Scrolling and there should be an example of scrolling (8 Scrolling Demo) in the downloaded Scratch folder.
