Can someone please help?

I made an animated GIF on Scratch and opened up for an icon. It won't move though. How can I make it move?

I assume you made a sprite with several costumes and exported it? The problem there is that Scratch doesn't actually have the capability to export an animated GIF - only individual costumes or entire sprite files, which are only usable with Scratch. I recommend trying software with those capabilities like GIMP or an online creator like makeagif.com.
