Okay, so let me get this straight. You can open up Scratch all by itself and make projects? But you can't download a project and have it load into Scratch? Does that describe what you are seeing?

you have 1.2,1.2.1,1.1, or 1.0. you need 1.3 or 1.3.1

It should say what version you have at the top of the window.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

but now the only trubleshooting im having is now is that i i didnt get a signiture can you help me get one?
