How is it different? Both the player and the cheerleader can decide to cheer on their team and if a guy feels the best way he can do that is by being a cheerleader then so be it.

actually, most guys (i say most cuz some dudes do that to make fun of guy cheerleaders) don't wear the skirts and the (not really) smexy tops.
ive seen guy cheerleaders before. they wear shirts and shorts (or pants, depends) that have school colors etc

I've seen some videos of guy cheerleading groups before, some of the choreography done by guy cheerleaders look pretty cool. smile

all girls, but when i cheered @ my playground's recreation center, there were guys on the team. ive also seen videos, live stuff, and pics of teams with guys

It is cool that you are a cheerleader. I am in the pep and marching bands of my school, which is kind of like being a cheerleader only (stereotypically) far geekier. tongue On the subject of guy cheerleaders, my school always has one or two and they are always really good.

There are man-leaders at my school... But only for the homecoming Pep Rally/Spring Pep Rally/other school spirit stuff (not at games) at school lol It normally ends in one of the guys asking his girlfriend to Prom/Ball/Homecoming Dance.

Last year at one of our school-spirit things, the teachers danced to "Born This Way"... and dressed up like Lady Gaga! lol

I'm in Pep Band too (incase you didn't catch that from "Pep Band FTW!"). We have our own cheers.

I think we're better at getting the crowd going at the games. We've started multiple waves and gotten everyone to stomp on the bleachers in time! XD I'm pretty excited because next weekend is Homecoming!

I don't think they would make guys wear skirts tongue But they probably have similar design/colors. The manleaders at my school just wear sweats.... and wigs 0_o
