Can I put Scratch custom blocks on BYOB and vice-versa?

I really want to know how.

Considering the ways of making methods in BYOB and Scratch 2.0 will be quite different, I imagine that the blocks won't be compatible between the two programs, sorry.

What if you had the script xml importer. Then it may be possible?

don't think so. scratch 2.0 won't support reporters, plus, it won't support attributes, delete command, and other first-class things. D:
