OK Computer

http://static.rateyourmusic.com/album_images/330a39049853f0d57b195c76593d7b41/45.jpg

I would consider this album Radiohead's best, and probably one of the greatest albums of all time.

If you haven't listened to it, you definitely should. It's gotten perfect scores from Allmusic, NME, Pitchfork Media, and more. It was also ranked the 3rd best album of the 90's by Rolling Stone.

If you have listened to it, discuss it. Favorite songs, least favorite songs, how does it compare to Radiohead's other work, etc.

Interesting. Most people I know put OK Computer or Kid A at the top of their list. For me it's:

1. OK Computer
2. Kid A
3. The Bends
4. In Rainbows
5. Amnesiac
6. Hail to the Theif
7. King of Limbs
8. Pablo Honey

Pablo Honey's the only one I wouldn't consider either really good or a masterpiece, but it's still pretty decent, IMO.

Re: OK Computer

I consider Pablo Honey really good, it's just not on par with the other albums.
People always thing I'm off my rocker when I think so lowly of Kid A. I just don't like the album very much. And, as you can see, I am definitely not an experimental or electronic hater.

I like every single song on OK Computer. No duds.

Re: OK Computer

OK Computer's definitely the best. Well, at least in my opinion.

My favorite song, though, is Fifteen Step, although it's in a different album.
I'd recommend listening to Five Step, a mix between Fifteen Step and Dave Brubeck's Take Five. It's one of my favorite's of all time-I like it more than the original Five Step and the original Take Five. They go well together because they're both in 5.
