I don't know, but he likes to canoe (or is it kayak?) a lot so that probably has something to do with it. And it's just a cool username to me, since it has 2 meanings: Paddle to the sea, and paddle to see stuff.

I beleive it's because he likes to paddle. As you can see in one of his projects, you can explorer his backyard garden, and you see paddles. Also, his user icon. So Paddle2(To)See(Sea).
