Why can I drag the text bubbles in Flash?

After a comment I saw, I tried dragging text bubbles in Flash. Why is this possible? Is it a glitch that is being worked on?

Yes, it does! I just tried it! However, since this is a glitch (it's most likely not on purpose) I will report it for moving.

How unusual... Just like the ask box...

I know its AWESOME right like your watching a boring video thing and start dragging the speech bubbles around till it fills the whole screen XD

I like it because sometimes the speech bubbles cover up background text, so I move it to see. ;D
