BYOB is my favorite! (it is the only mod I have, though) From what I have heard, panther is really good however for some reason panther won't download onto my computer...

Seriously, though, all these mods serve different purposes, and all of them are excellent. However I have managed to squeeze the most use out of BYOB.

My Top 5
First: Definitely PANTHER. It has the most blocks and is easy to use!
Second: I dunno... BYOB. The ability to make own blocks is cool.
Third: If BYOB is the second, LINE the third. It has some hilarious features and is by me
Fourth: STREAK It has cool blocks.
Fifth: LION... Coded by me.
Then the others I tried... PECK (just a bit cool)
SQUIRREL (if it's released )
SLASH (It has only stolen blocks and is SO hard to use.)
I'm going to do a top 3 Nope, top 4. How funny I put Catch! as zeroth! I'm'a do Neginityth!
Neginityth?: Line. Such a infinity% funny joke!
Zeroth?: Catch! My modification.
First: BYOB! I love blocks!
Second: Ooh, Panther. More blocks, but more complicated.
Third: Streak, just because Slash is worse than Streak.
Bottom 3:
Fourth: None.
Fifth: None.
Infinity-th: Slash. So bad.

Why Does Everyone Hate Slash?

Slash: basically a big messy based off BYOB (only without the Build your own block feature) mod. Oh yeah, the only thing not copied is the self block.
It has the 'Build your own block feature'. Also, there are many uncopied blocks.

1. Download Slash.
2. Right-Click the stage and select make a block.
3. You are building a block!
Also, just to name a few, clone with name, last received, toggle pause, and the multiarg join block are all original. I also made the color scheme changeable. Slash is the ONLY mod where that's possible (without intense recoding).

I agree, I remember when mods were in a booming period and loads of people were at other peoples throats for stealing blocks and ideas.

I say BYOB. It's more sort of official, and stays with the idea of not adding too many new features, so new users don't get very confused with all of the functions, while still having a 'high ceiling', if you know what I mean .

My favorite mods:
BYOB: You know why...
Enchanting: Provides something new.

1. Whats enchanting? 2. The title doesn't mention enchanting.

Enchanting is a pretty cool Scratch/BYOB mod for LEGO mindstorms.

I don't have any, but Streak seems the most inviting.

BYOB! The panther block maker is incredibly inferior. And what about Bingo?

My dad loves LEGO mindstorms, he has two. We have heard of enchanting but haven't tried it yet.

I have to say Slash, I think first of all, it is like all those combined! You can use squeak in the scratch script, you can build your own block, and CYOB (using the run code block).
I think people ignore it because of its bright colors, and the fact that it has a lot of blocks. People act like the HATE it!
But why hate it because its a great mod?
I haven't EVER ran into a glitch. I've ran into glitches with the other mods.

If I had them I would for sure use enchanting. I checked it out once, you can make scripts for the Lego mind-storm robot!

Can someone link to the Streak thread?
(And I love Panther, BYOB, and Dream)

I searched the forums and couldn't find a forum thread for Streak and there is no link on the List of Scratch Modifications wiki page. The Streak website no longer exists, so I pasted the URL into the Wayback Machine and went to the last snapshot that works... And the download link for Streak is here!
