Steam Official Topic

This is the steam official topic!

I got Civilization V 75% off today on steam and Portal 2 half off a while ago  cool

I just hate the downlaod times.

Steam is cool for the sales but a bit overrated in my opinion. I occasionally download stuff from there but overall there are a few problems with it.  hmm

Portal is a three hour game...
IWBTG is double that at least (for example)...
and it takes a couple seconds to download it.
While Portal takes 3 hours.

Portal is more like a 1 hour game if you know what you're doing.

And IWBTG is smaller as in it has no 3D objects and not many sounds, and it is all 1 .exe file.

No, it's a generic game platform, anyone can create an account.

I've been on it since I was 10 or something.

I am 13 now, but that doesn't matter.
