No, you cannot get downgraded to new scratcher once you are a scratcher. However, you can be banned, blocked or deleted if you use the scratch website in a way that is against the scratch policy.

I've never heard of anyone getting downgraded and I am one of the most active users on the forums and TBGs! So there must not be downgrading unless there is a special case(like spamming or something like that).

If they demoted SOME of those users, why did they miss all the other members of that particular group?
