Should I get Roller Coaster Tycoon 3?

I'm thinking about buying RCT3 for my computer. Do you think I should get it? My library has it, but I only go once a week.

YES!

I have RTC3, with both packs. Get Soaked! at least, it has pools and water rides, Wild! has pretty wild rides, too, not only animals.

I agree with Septimus. RCT3 is awesome.

I have the Gold edition that comes with the "Soaked!" expansion pack, but not "Wild!".

Absolutely! RCT3 is a blast, even years later. I love the sandbox mode. It's like a blank slate. (Which I usually end up using to either make a massive park, go "peep bowling", or both.  tongue )

Try renaming a peep to James Hunt.


It lets you drive a DUNE BUGGY, yes, a DUNE BUGGY around the park.

Eh, I only have RCT2. If you do get RCT3, I would recommend the expansion packs if they have it.

You should Buy the Platinum edition.  It's the best tycoon game ever.  It's absolutly amazing.  You can ride the rides you make (with the exeption of Mini Golf and 3D Cinema), and you get to make your own people.  It's pretty awesome.

I tried using a cheat code that allows you to go in a guest eys view of things, allowing you to see what was before unrideable.

Yes! Get RCT3, and also RCT2!  tongue  they're quite cheap now I think. I saw both of the deluxe editions (Game with two expansion packs) for around £13!

I've heard people complain that Rather than making RCT 4, there just making a version of thrillvill in 3D and putting the Rollercoaster tycoon logo on it.
