This thread is real confusing. She is naked, but her knees are up. It isn't against any rules, because it doesn't show anything, and there is no sexual content. It shouldn't be questioned anyway, because that is how people are made. Nothing bad about that.

And you have to see the series to understand it. In this episode, Lucy has a flashback of her former self, before the voices took over her. She was bullied at an institution, and hated by everyone, even the adults, because of the horns growing out of her head. "there are unhappy children at this institution, they find away to make the unhappier children, miserable", she'd say. The only friend she had, was a dog, that she took care of. She made a new friend, that helped her take care of the dog, but betrayed her, when she told the bullies about the dog. She was held down by one of the bullies, while the others took a vase, and killed the dog as she watched. She then, first unleashed her  vectors, which are  long invisible arms, that can cut and rip through almost anything, killing the bullies (on accident). She then could control her power, and started killing merclessley.
