I believe it does.
A lot of popular topics of discussion in Misc, such as Minecraft and MLP have their own "official" topics. Try to keep discussion about a subject in an official thread for it (if one exists) - it helps keep down on the clutter.
I'm closing this just to prevent the inevitable influx of "OMT" posts. Feel free to repost this in the Minecraft Official Topic so you can continue discussion, however.
