What Do I Do with Block Spam?
Recently I've noticed it's becoming a real problem. I usually respond like this:
"Is there a purpose to this post related to the topic? I don't see one. Unrelated posts, such as advertisements or random block pictures, or considered spam. Please do not spam again."
But there's one of my posts in which the same user block spammed, waited a while, spammed again, waited a while, and spammed again. Clearly they're not getting the message. What should I do? Report it? And does the same apply to any block spam?

I'd suggest reporting it, as it's just putting a ton of blocks together that don't mean anything.
I must admit, I did it once, but then I deleted the project. I had a trolly mood 
EDIT: Oh, on the forums. I was mistaken with project block spam xD
Report them if they don't contribute with anything in any way.

I'd say just report it and let the mods handle things from there. If it's a recurring thing, note that in one of the reports so the mods can know that if they didn't already figure it out.
